A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Eleonora Sport Limited (08862382) of New Court Abbey Road North, Shepley, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD8 8BJ, whose nature of business is 64209 - Activities of other holding companies not elsewhere classified, presented on 21 January 2026 by GFH PARTNERS LTD, of Precinct 3, 4th Floor, Unit 401, Level 4, Gate Precinct Building 3, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre under registration no. 0117, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds, LS1 2RP on 10 March 2026, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
