A Petition to wind up the above-named company of UK Marquee Hire Limited (10031113) of Unit 7, Commerce Way, Leighton Buzzard LU7 4RW England, whose nature of business is 77390 - Renting and leasing of other machinery, equipment and tangible goods not elsewhere classified, presented on Friday 12 December 2025, at 10:25 by AGLP NOMINEE 1 LIMITED AND AGLP NOMINEE 2 LIMITED, of 10 Fenchurch Avenue, London EC3M 5AG claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 11 February 2026, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
