Notice is hereby given that the Department of Justice made the above named Statutory Rule under section 90(2) of the Coronavirus Act 2020 on 22 September 2025. The Statutory Rule was approved on 4 November 2025 as required by section 96(2) and (7) of that Act by a resolution of the Northern Ireland Assembly.

The Order extends, until 24 March 2026, the provisions in the Coronavirus Act 2020 (c. 7) (the “2020 Act”) which allows courts and statutory tribunals in Northern Ireland to receive evidence, wholly or in part, through the use of audio or video live links.
