Notice is hereby given that on 10 October 2025 a petition was presented to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Imperial Corporate Events Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2006 (company registered number 04403040) having its registered office at Floor 3 Mercury Place, 11 St George Street, Leicester, LE1 1QG craving the Court for an order that Hood Construction Scotland Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2006 (company registration number SC610772) having its registered office at Unit 4 6 Simonsburn Road, Loreny Industrial Estate, Kilmarnock, KA1 5LA be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986. Sheriff Jamieson, by Interlocutor dated 16 October 2025 appointed the Petition to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and Metro newspapers and granted warrant for service of the Petition as craved. Any party claiming an interest in this action should contact the sheriff clerk at Kilmarnock immediately and in any event by not later than 8 days from the date of publication of this advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
