A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Mandy-Lou Limited (13272579) of Oscos' Ltd Blenheim Nursery, Stratford Road, Bidford-on-avon, Warwickshire B50 4LU, whose nature of business is 56102 - Unlicensed restaurants and cafes, presented on Wednesday 27 August 2025, at 09:00 by STRATFORD-ON-AVON DISTRICT COUNCIL, of Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-on-avon CV37 6HX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 28 October 2025, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
