A Petition to wind up the above-named company of K & L Transport Limited (09130714) of Unit 29-31 Fairview Business Estate, Clayton Road, Hayes UB3 1AN, whose nature of business is 49410 - Freight transport by road, presented on Friday 11 July 2025, at 11:35 by IRIS PROPCO 1 LIMITED, of C/o Apex Group, Ifc 5, St Helier, Jersey JE1 1ST claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Insolvency and Companies Court, Business And Property Courts Of England And Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 03 September 2025, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
