Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules").

It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. The virtual meeting will be held as follows: A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: That a committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 4pm on 9 July 2025; and That the basis of the Joint Liquidators’ fees be fixed by reference to the time properly given by the Joint Liquidators and their staff in attending to matters arising in the winding up of the Company, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by the firm at the time when the work is performed.
