NOTICE IS GIVEN by Andrew Turpin that a decision is to be sought from the creditors of the above-named Company at a virtual meeting to be held on Friday 20th June 2025 at 11:00am.

The purpose of the virtual meeting is to form a Liquidation Committee, and if one is not formed, to fix the basis of the Liquidator remuneration.
