A Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dundee (Court Ref: DUN-L64-25) by FISHERS TOURS LIMITED, a company registered under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC259117) with its registered office at Block D Mid Craigie Industrial Estate, Mid Craigie Road, Dundee, DD4 7RH (the “Company”), craving the Court, inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 30 May 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee (dundeecivil@scotcourts.gov.uk) within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and meantime appointed James Dewar, Insolvency Practitioner and Alistair McAlinden, Insolvency Practitioner, both of Interpath Limited, 31 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, EH2 4ET to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
