A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Seacross Pilgrims Lane, Seasalter, Whitstable, England, CT5 3AP presented on the 1 May 2025 by UNIT HIRE LIMITED whose Registered Office is at Unit Hire House Stanhope Industrial Estate, Wharf Road, Stanford-Le-Hope, Essex, England, SS17 0EH claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP on the 24 June 2025 at 10:00 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency Rules 2016 by 1600 hours 23 June 2025.
