Notice is given that that under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”) that the Company was placed into creditors’ voluntary liquidation (insolvent liquidation) and Joseph G M Sadler (IP No. 9048) and Andrew J Cordon (IP No. 9687) both of CFS Restructuring LLP, 22 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ were appointed Joint Liquidators by the creditors on 22 May 2025.

Notice is further given, that creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 03 July 2025 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidators at CFS Restructuring LLP, 22 Regent Street, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG1 5BQ. Creditors must also, if so, requested by the Liquidators, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary.

Please note that no further public notice will be made and therefore the Liquidators shall be entitled to make any distribution without regard to any claims not proved in the manner required by statute.
