Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules").

It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1) That a Liquidation Committee will be established if sufficient nominations are received by 5 June 2025, and those nominated are willing to be members of a committee. 2) The approval of the fees and expenses for preparing the statement of affairs and for convening the procedure to seek a decision from creditors on the nomination of a liquidator.
