A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at Suite 1a 2nd Floor Hunter House, 150 Hutton Road, Shenfield, Essex, CM15 8NL, presented on 14 April 2025, by SANTANDER UK PLC, of 2 Triton Square, Regent’s Place, London, NW1 3AN, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds, LS1 2RP on 27 May 2025 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
