NOTICE IS GIVEN by Matthew Douglas Hardy that a decision is to be sought from the creditors of the above-named Company at a virtual meeting to be held on 20 May 2025 at 11:00AM.

The purpose of the virtual meeting is to form a Liquidation Committee, and if one is not formed, to fix the basis of the Liquidator remuneration and authorising them to draw category 2 expenses.
