A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Limes House Developments Ltd (09390872) of 140 Lynn Road, Downham Market PE38 9QF, whose nature of business is 41100 Development of building projects, presented on Wednesday 26 March 2025, at 10:00 by M.K.M. BUILDING SUPPLIES LIMITED, of Stoneferry Road, Hull HU8 8DE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP on Tuesday 13 May 2025, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
