We, Asher Miller (IP No. 9251) and Jake Beake (IP No. 27770) both of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR were appointed as joint liquidators of the Company on 6 February 2025. Creditors ratified the Joint Liquidators appointment on 20 February 2025 by passing a decision by Deemed Consent.
