The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Waste (Fees and Charges)(Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2025". (S.R. 2025 No.30) which came into operation on 18th February 2025.

This rule amends the Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers and Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 and the Waste Management Licensing Regulations(Northern Ireland) 2003 by applying the required annual update to the fees and charges for 2024-2025.
