The Department for Communities has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Gaming (Variation of Monetary Limits) Order (Northern Ireland) 2025. The Order proposes to increase the maximum stake for machine gaming in a registered club and all forms of gaming on all other premises (bingo clubs, amusement arcades, betting shops), as well as increasing prize limits for gaming and machine gaming on premises excluding registered clubs.
