The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Marine Licensing (Application Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2024”, (S.R. 2024 No. 204), which comes into operation on 1st January 2025.

This Rule amends the Marine Licensing (Application Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 by amending the schedule to the 2011 Regulations which specify the fees that are to be applied for an application for a marine licence.
