Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules").

It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. The virtual meeting will be held as follows:

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

That a committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 28 November 2024; and

that the Joint Liquidators’ additional fees of £26,825 plus VAT be approved, being the estimated time costs in addition to those originally estimated and approved.

The meeting will be held at 2.00 pm on 29 November 2024.

Nicholas Cusack was appointed as Liquidator of the Company on 24 August 2023. Nicholas Cusack was removed as officeholder by an Order of the Court dated 24 January 2024 and Grace Jones and David Perkins were appointed Joint Liquidators’ of the Company on the same date.
