Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules").

It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. The virtual meeting will be held as follows:

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. That a Liquidation Committee will be established if sufficient nominations are received by 25 November 2024, and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee.

2. That the Joint Liquidators’ additional fees of £19,272.50 plus VAT be approved, being the estimated time costs in addition to those originally estimated and approved.

Nicholas Cusack was removed as officeholder by an Order of the Court dated 24 January 2024 and Grace Jones and David Perkins were appointed Joint Liquidators’ of the Company on the same date. Grace Jones and David Perkins are licensed to act as insolvency practitioners in the UK by the ICAEW
