Notice is hereby given that on 24 October 2024 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Scott McLachlan and Derek Whyte, Director of SD Hotels Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under the company number SC387495 and having its registered office at c/o Linell Group Ltd, Russell Street, Johnstone, PA5 8BZ (“The Company”) craving the court inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court and that BRIAN MILNE and ISHBEL MACNEILL, Insolvency Practitioners both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB be appointed as joint interim liquidators of the Company; in which Lord Braid, by interlocutor dated 25 October 2024, ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Clerk of Court, Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
