NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented to Airdrie Sheriff Court by AXA INSURANCE LTD, AXA Credit, Surety & CLP, Thurgauerstrasse 36/38, 8050 Zurich, Switzerland, acting on behalf of VIPA LAUSANNE S.A., Galeries Benjamin-Constant 1, 1003 Lausanne, Switzerland on 2 October 2024, craving the Court inter alia to order that Stapleoffice Limited (company number SC575646), having its registered office at 1a Wardpark South, Cumbernauld, Glasgow, Scotland, G67 3EN be wound up by the Court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff at Airdrie by Interlocutor dated 9 October 2024 ordered all parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Airdrie within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
