Notice is hereby given that on 29 September 2024 a petition was presented to Ayr Sheriff Court on behalf of CANNYSCOTS LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC197206) and having its registered office at Arran House, 15d Skye Road, Shawfarm Industrial Estate, Prestwick KA9 2TA (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to wind-up the Company and appoint Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff of by First Deliverance dated 1 October 2024 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
