Notice is hereby given that on 2 October 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by (FIRST) SRIKESH GOPISREESYLAM, 81 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3ES; (SECOND) MANOJKUMAR BHUVANENDRAN KALAPPURACKAL, 81 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3ES; and (THIRD) SHAMIL LATEEF, 81 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3ES, as the Directors of MASS HOSPITALITY LTD, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC631610) and having its Registered Office at 81 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3ES (the “Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that Scott Bastick, Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 14-18 Hill Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3JZ, be appointed as interim liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 2 October 2024; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
