Notice is hereby given that on 18 September 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by DONALDSON TIMBER ENGINEERING LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number: SC099182) having its registered office at Donaldson House Saltire Centre, Pentland Park, Glenrothes, Fife, Scotland, KY6 2AG, craving the Court inter alia that ADEN SPECIALIST TRADES LTD., a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC368019) having its registered office at 5 Ravenscroft Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH17 8QJ (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 18 September 2024; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
