NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a meeting of creditors of the above named company will be held at 2 Market Place, Carrickfergus, Belfast BT38 7AW on 11 October 2024, at 10:30am for the following purposes:

1. to receive a statement of affairs of the company;

2. to nominate one or more insolvency practitioners as liquidator or joint liquidators;

3. if appropriate, to appoint a liquidation committee; and

4. to pass any other resolution deemed appropriate by the chairman.

The resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must, unless they are individual creditors att ending in person, ensure that their proxy forms, together with a full statement of claim, are received at the offices of CBA Business Solutions Limited, 126 New Walk, Leicester LE1 7JA not later than 12:00 noon on the business day before the meeting.
