Notice is hereby given that on 20 September 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by NICHOLAS RUTLEDGE ALEXANDER ROBERTS, 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN as the Director of WILLRI PROPERTIES LTD, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC787327) and having its Registered Office at 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH2 4AN (the “Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that joint interim liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 20 September 2024; ordained all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement, and meantime appointed Kevin Mapstone and Kenneth Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1 Lochrin Square, 92-98 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of 3 months from the date hereof (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of joint interim liquidators, whichever shall first occur; all of which notice is hereby given.
