NOTICE is hereby given that on 9 August 2024, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Ayr by CHRISTOPHER SPENCER, residing at Flat 5/02, 95 Dunlop Street, Glasgow, G1 4EU craving the Court inter alia to order that the said FRESH KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS LIMITED be wound up by the Court and that joint interim liquidators be appointed. In which Petition the Sheriff at Ayr by Interlocutor dated 13th August 2024 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and First Deliverance to be advertised once in "The Edinburgh Gazette" and "the Herald" newspapers and ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers within the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Court House, Wellington Square, Ayr, KA7 1EE within 8 days after such publication, service and advertisement; and in the meantime appointed Brian Milne, Insolvency Practitioner, Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB and Scott Milne, Insolvency Practitioner, Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB, to be joint interim liquidators of the said company; all of which notice is hereby given.
