Notice is hereby given that on 9 August 2024, a Petition was presented to Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court by Medicine Collection Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC632462 and having its registered office at 31 Townsend Place, Kirkcaldy, Fife, United Kingdom, KY11 1HB craving the court inter alia that Medicine Collection Limited be wound up by the court and to appoint Joint Interim Liquidators, in which Petition, the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 12 August 2024, appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; and meantime appointed Callum Angus Carmichael, Insolvency Practitioner, of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh EH12 5HD and Michelle Marie Elliot, Insolvency Practitioner, of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, The Beacon, 176 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5SG, to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of Medicine Collection Limited, with the powers specified in parts II and Ill of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
