Notice is hereby given that on 11 July 2024 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by V & R Enterprises Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC537905) and having its Registered Office at 1 Cambuslang Court, Cambuslang, Glasgow G32 8FH (“the Company”), craving the court, inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court, in which petition the Sheriff at Glasgow, by interlocutor dated 24 July 2024, ordained the Company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
