Notice is hereby given that on 5 July 2024, a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Eyyup Kaplan, residing at 34 Killearn Crescent, Plains, Airdrie ML6 7UR for an Order to Wind Up EST-ETHICS LIMITED, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No: SC634115) and having its registered office at The Italian Centre, Unit 6, 170 Ingram Street, Glasgow, G1 1DN (“the Company”) for inter alia an Order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up the Company and that Donald McNaught and Graeme Bain, both qualified licensed insolvency practitioners, Johnston Carmichael LLP, 227 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2ND, be appointed as joint interim liquidators; and in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 23 July 2024 appointed any party claiming an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which Notice is hereby given.
