Notice is hereby given that on 1 July 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Kilmarnock craving the Court inter alia that A & G BRICKLAYERS LIMITED, with its Registered Office at Summit House, 1 Earlswood View, Irvine, KA11 2FG be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Kilmarnock by interlocutor dated 9th July 2024 ordained the said A & G BRICKLAYERS LIMITED and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at St Marnock St, Kilmarnock within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
