IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISTRIBUTION OF MONEY

This is a notice that the Joint Liquidators currently hold the sum of £4,943.38 ("Outstanding Monies") in the Company`s liquidation estate. Given that the Company subscribed to The Deposit Scheme ("TDS") it is important that the Joint Liquidators are able to identify creditors who may be entitled to the Outstanding Monies, whether pursuant to TDS, or otherwise.

As such, the Joint Liquidators hereby invite anyone who considers that they have an outstanding claim for monies due to them from their previous dealings with the Company to submit the details of their claim in full (with supporting documentation where available) for the Joint Liquidators` attention at the following email address Samantha.George@btguk.com by no later than 19 August 2024 ("Bar Date").

The Joint Liquidators intend to distribute all remaining Outstanding Monies in order to conclude the liquidation and any claimants who have not submitted their claims to the Joint Liquidators by the Bar Date may not be entitled to share in any proposed final distribution of the Outstanding Monies.

In the event that no claimants come forward who can establish to the Joint Liquidators` satisfaction that they are entitled to any or all of the Outstanding Monies by the Bar Date, then the Joint Liquidators will consider at that either treating the monies as Company funds or subject to advice from Counsel make an application to court. If a court application is decided upon then the Joint Liquidators will in those circumstances also seek an order that their costs and expenses of undertaking any Court Application be paid out of the available Outstanding Monies.
