A Petition to wind up the above-named company of The Clearance Discount Furniture Store Ltd (13601666) of 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, previously of Initial Business Centre, Wilson Business Park, Manchester M40 8WN, 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 47599 - Retail of furniture, lighting, and similar (not musical instruments or scores) in specialised store, presented on Sunday 14 July 2024, at 10:52 by FPG (UK) LTD, of 40 Charmian Avenue, Stanmore HA7 1LJ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 31 July 2024, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
