Notice is hereby given that on 28 June 2024, a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Elmwood Projects Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC187053 and having its registered office at 25 Eagle Street, Craighall Business Park, Glasgow G4 9XA craving the court inter alia that Elmwood Projects Limited be wound up by the court and to appoint Joint Interim Liquidators, in which Petition, the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 1 July 2024, appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; and meantime appointed Brian William Milne and Ian William Wright, Insolvency Practitioners, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB, to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of Elmwood Projects Limited, with the powers specified in parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
