A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Vivasayi Limited (13091275) of 359a Hanworth Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW3 3SQ, whose nature of business is 47110 - Retail sale in non-specialised stores with food, beverages or tobacco predominating, presented on Thursday 23 May 2024, at 10:00 by BRITISH GAS TRADING LIMITED, of Millstream, Maidenhead Road, Windsor SL4 5GD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 10 July 2024, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
