NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Rule 15.3 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (the "Rules"). It is delivered by the Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Engin Faik (IP No: 9635), of Cornerstone Business Turnaround and Recovery Limited, 136 Hertford Road, Enfield, Middlesex, EN3 5AX (telephone number: 0203 793 3338), who was appointed by the Qualifying Floating Charge Holder of the Company.

A virtual meeting of the creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the below detailed resolutions:

(a) That a Creditors` Committee be established if sufficient creditors are willing to be members of a Committee;

(b) That CBR be paid a pre-appointment fixed fee of £7,000 plus VAT plus expenses from the realisations of the Company`s assets;

(c) The basis of my fees be fixed by reference to the time properly given by my staff and I in attending to matters arising in the Administration of the Company (excluding any matters relating to the fixed charge assets and creditors) as set out in Appendix XI (£71,654.50). Such time is to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates as specified in Appendix XIV;

(d) That, as Administrator, I be discharged from liability in respect of any action undertaken by me pursuant to Paragraph 98 of Schedule B1 to the Act, such discharge to take effect when the appointment of Administrator ceases to have effect, as defined by the Act, unless the Court specifies another time.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this virtual meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. Creditors wishing to vote at the virtual meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxy with the convener before they may be used at the meeting.

To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Administrator by one of the following methods:

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, a creditor will not be entitled to vote unless his written statement of claim, ("proof"), which clearly sets out the name and address of the creditor and the amount claimed, has been lodged and admitted for voting purposes. Proofs must be delivered by 4:00p.m. the business day before the meeting.

Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the estimated value at which it is assessed if they wish to vote at the meeting.

All proofs of debt must be delivered by 4:00p.m. on 28 June 2024

All proxy forms must be delivered to convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 11:00a.m. on 1 July 2024
