NOTICE is hereby given that on 30 May 2024 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Gary Brown, Alan Chapman, Alison Craig, Mark Campbell Lockhart, Brian Reffin and Anna Twigg for an order to wind up Oban Phoenix Cinema a private company limited by guarantee (Registration Number SC397947) and having its Registered Office at 140 George Street, Oban, Argyll, PA34 5NX in which Petition, Lord Clark by order dated 31 May 2024 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers, if so advised, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement and in the meantime appointed Blair Milne and David Meldrum, Insolvency Practitioners of Azets Holdings Limited, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of Oban Phoenix Cinema with authority to exercise the powers contained in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
