Notice is hereby given that on 14 MAY 2024 a Petition was presented to SELKIRK Sheriff Court by CLARITY SIMPLICITY LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC380001) and having their registered office at 34 WOODLANDS ROAD, GLASGOW, G3 6UR craving the Court, inter alia, that MARGO EYRE PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC621445) and having its Registered Office at Cardrona House, Cardrona Estate, lnnerleithen, Peeblesshire, EH44 6PS be wound up by the Court and to appoint a liquidator by Interlocutor dated 17 MAY 2024 the Sheriff appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with SELKIRK Sheriff Court, SHERIFF COURT HOUSE, ETTRICK TERRACE, SELKIRK, TD7 4LE within EIGHT days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
