On 24th April 2024 a Petition was presented to Dundee Sheriff Court by Qwerty 101 Ltd, 13 High Street, Coupar Angus, Blairgowrie, PH13 9DB craving the Court inter alia to order that Angus Construction Developments Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC670837) and having its registered office at c/o Stewart & Co, Castlecroft Business Centre, Tom Johnston Road, Dundee, DD4 8XD be wound up by the Court and to appoint Kenneth Pattullo and Kenneth Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU or such other persons as a court may select to be joint interim liquidators. On 13th May 2024 the Court appointed a copy of the Petition, Productions and deliverance of 13th May to be intimated on the Walls of Court at Dundee, served upon Angus Construction Developments Ltd and notice of the import of the Petition and deliverance to be advertised in the Edinburgh Gazette and Metro Newspapers and ordained Angus Construction Developments Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement.
