This notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). The virtual meeting will be held as follows: A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That a committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 28 May 2024; 2. That the Joint Liquidators' additional fees of £14,245 plus VAT be approved, being the estimated time costs in addition to those originally estimated and approved. Change in Officeholder: Nicholas Cusack and David Perkins were appointed Joint Liquidators on 13 April 2023. Nicholas Cusack was removed as officeholder by an Order of the Court dated 24 January 2024 and Grace Jones was appointed Joint Liquidator of the Company on the same date. David Perkins remains appointed as Joint Liquidator.
