Notice is hereby given under Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 ("the Act") and Rules 6.14 and 15.8 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company is being proposed by David Kemp, the Joint Liquidator of the Company.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: The establishing of a Liquidation Committee. The meeting will be held on 3 May 2024 at 3.30 pm at SFP, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ. All proofs of debt must be delivered by 4.00 pm on the business day before the meeting. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 3.30 pm on 3 May 2024.

David Kemp (IP No. 24510) and Richard Hunt (IP No. 21772) are qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the company and a list of names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection at SFP, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London, E14 9XQ on the two business days preceding the meeting.

This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZF(5)(a) of the Act and Rule 6.14(4) as a result of an objection to decisions proposed by Deemed Consent received from one or more creditors.
