A petition to wind-up the above named Company of Ethika Healthcare Investments Limited (10289010) of Throwleigh Lodge, Ridgeway, Horsell, Woking GU21 4QR, whose nature of business is 74909 – Other professional, scientific and technical activities not elsewhere classified, presented on Thursday 4 April 2024 at 10:46 by (1) COLTON HOLDINGS LIMITED of Heritage Hall, PO Box 225, Le Marchant Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4HY and (2) MR ASLAM DAHYA of Waters Edge, 49 Costal Road, East Preston, West Sussex BN16 1SN, claiming to be a creditor of the Company shall be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 22 May 2024, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or to their Solicitor in accordance with rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, SI 2016/1024 by 16:00 hours on Tuesday 21 May 2024.
