Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above named company will be held at 10.30 a.m. at the offices of Harbinson Mulholland, Centrepoint, 24 Ormeau Avenue, Belfast, BT2 8HS on Tuesday 30 April 2024 for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order, namely;

1. To receive a statement of affairs of the company;

2. To nominate one or more insolvency practitioners as Liquidator or joint Liquidators;

3. If appropriate, to appoint a liquidation committee; and

4. To vote on any other resolution deemed appropriate by the Chairperson

The resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator(s) is to be remunerated. A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors may be inspected free of charge at the offices of Harbinson Mulholland, Centrepoint, 24 Ormeau Avenue, Belfast, BT2 8HS between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the two working days preceding the meeting.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors) lodge their proxies at the offices of Harbinson Mulholland, Centrepoint, 24 Ormeau Avenue, Belfast, BT2 8HS no later than 12:00 noon on Monday 29 April 2024.
