Notice is hereby given that on 11 April 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Craigton Holdings Limited craving the Court inter alia that Craigton Holdings Limited having its registered office at 5 Atholl Avenue, Hillington Park, Glasgow, G52 4UA be wound up by the Court and that Annette Menzies of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Limited, 2/1, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU be appointed after service, intimation and advertisement as interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 17 April 2024 ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
