Notice is hereby given that on 8 April 2024, a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Michael Anthony Groves and Jane Claire Stewart, both directors of Topolytics Ltd, craving the Court inter alia that Topolytics Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC458511) and having its registered office at Codebase, Lady Lawson Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 9DR be wound up by the Court and that Stuart Preston and Julie Tait both of Grant Thornton LLP, 7 Castle Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3AH or such other person as the Court may see fit, to be the Joint Interim Liquidators of Topolytics Ltd; In which Petition, by Interlocutor dated 8 April 2024, appointed the Petition to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Scotsman newspaper; granted warrant for service of the petition as craved; ordained any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; and in the meantime, appointed Stuart Preston and Julie Tait both of Grant Thornton LLP, 7 Castle Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3AH to be joint provisional liquidators of Topolytics Ltd; authorised them to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of 3 months from the date hereof (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of an interim liquidator, whichever shall first occur; all of which notice is hereby given.
