NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Company entered into liquidation on 30 April 2019. Prior to the liquidation, the Company received funding from various organisations (the "Loan Fund Providers") for the purpose of providing loans to other businesses. On 20 February 2024, the Joint Liquidators declared a first dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company at a rate of 22.7p in the £ however, they have not been able to ascertain the identity of some of the Loan Fund Providers based on the Company`s records.

Notice is hereby given to any Loan Fund Provider which has not previously received correspondence from the Joint Liquidators but wishes to participate in the distribution to make a claim in accordance with the instructions below by 20 May 2024 (the "Cut-off Date").

1. The Loan Fund Providers must send the following information to the Joint Liquidators using the details set out at the end of this notice by the Cut-off Date:

a. A copy of the agreement between the Company and the Loan Fund Provider (together with any variations or amendments); and

b. Confirmation of the current balance owed by the Company, including proof of payment of all funds advanced to and all repayments made by the Company.

2. If you are claiming as an assignee or transferee of the Loan Fund Provider, you must provide a copy of the documents effecting the assignment or transfer (as applicable) in addition to the information listed at paragraph 1(a-b) above.

3. By providing the information listed at paragraphs 1(a-b) and 2, you are confirming to the Joint Liquidators that you are entitled to the funds.

4. The Joint Liquidators reserve the right to raise further queries or request further details in relation to any information provided in accordance with paragraphs 1 or 2 above.

5. No claims will be considered by the Joint Liquidators nor will a Loan Fund Provider, assignee or transferee be entitled to receive a dividend if the relevant information set out at paragraphs 1(ab) or 2 is not provided by the Cut-off Date.
