Notice is hereby given that on 28 March 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by ALLIED SURVEYORS SCOTLAND PLC, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC180267) having its Registered Office at Herbert House, 24 Herbert Street, Glasgow, G20 6NB, craving the Court inter alia that HAM SAH LTD, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC662262) having its Registered Office at 378 378 Leith Walk, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, EH7 4PE (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and that William Thomson Mercer Cleghorn and Emma Sarah Louise Porter, Insolvency Practitioners of Aver Chartered Accountants, PO Box 24213, Edinburgh, EH1 9AT, be appointed as joint interim liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 28 March 2024; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
