NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors is to be held virtually on 16 April 2024 at 10:30am for the purpose of considering the following decisions:

1. That Ian Robert, of Moore Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, be appointed Liquidator.

2. That a liquidation committee should be established if sufficient creditors are willing to be members of a committee.

If no liquidation committee is established:

3. That the unpaid pre-appointment costs of Moore Kingston Smith & Partners LLP for assisting in the preparation of the statement of affairs and seeking a decision of creditors on the nomination of a liquidator totalling £15,000 plus VAT and disbursements be paid as an expense of the liquidation.
